Safeguarding

Promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people is central to the work we do at CHILDWISE. We are committed to delivering research that gives young people an opportunity to share their views and experiences, and we have developed a rigorous safeguarding policy that ensures they feel safe, respected, and supported throughout this process.  

We have a dedicated child protection lead who ensures everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in respect to safeguarding. All our researchers are DBS checked and we have robust procedures in place to ensure we respond to any potential disclosures or welfare concerns quickly and efficiently.
